GAX Dinning Table

The GAX dining table has an "indestructible" wood  top which contrasts quite nicely with the reflective nature of the polished stainless steel base. Allowing this work-horse to look more like a stallion. The walnut top has an oil rubbed hand finish, giving off a matte, deep luster while allowing a coaster free, trivet free living. The GAX top works under the same principle as a butcher-block but that much more beautiful.
 
The GAX base is made of marine grade stainless steel meticulously hand polished to a mirror finish, a complicated and laborious task, well worth it. The GAX base is not your typical reflective metal base. We use stainless steel as opposed to the ubiquitous chromed steal seen everywhere. Chrome is a cheap and environmentally damaging material, as the pieces are dipped in chromium vats, and properly disposing Chromium is very difficult.
